Julia is a senior designer who loves helping users to build meaningful and delightful experiences.

During undergraduate years, she did an internship at CCTV-1 China as program director and column editor which exploited her full potential in communicating, storytelling, team collaborating and film editing. After graduation, she worked as a graphic designer and brand identity specialist in Authentic Educational Co., Ltd. Empathetic and enthusiastic, Julia was keen on working in this vibrant and booming industry.

She completed her master's degree at the University of British Columbia while working with clients from Emily Carr University, CanHealth International, and Kensington Capital Partners. During this time, she explored her potential in solving complex problems in the education, health, and business sectors. Currently, Julia is working as a Lead Product Designer at IFS Canada.

With more than 8 years of experience in designing digital products, she sharpened her skillset in user research, in-depth user experience design, user interface design and interaction design. She is competent to solve complex design problems together with cross-functional teams.

Best of all, she is loyal to the two cats-like poodles: Juicy and Xin.
